CISCOのアドレス変換の設定について

下記のような運用をしたいと考えています。

ｻｰﾊﾞは複数のｲﾝﾀｰﾌｪｰｽを持ち、各ｲﾝﾀｰﾌｪｰｽ毎にｾｸﾞﾒﾝﾄが異なる。
その内1つのｾｸﾞﾒﾝﾄYにﾙｰﾀAを一台追加する。

ｻｰﾊﾞはﾙｰﾀAの先にあるｾｸﾞﾒﾝﾄXと通信したいが
ｻｰﾊﾞにｾｸﾞﾒﾝﾄXのﾙｰﾃｨﾝｸﾞ情報を追記したくない。
（もちろんﾃﾞﾌｫﾙﾄｹﾞｰﾄｳｪｲは別のﾙｰﾀに向いてる）

よって、ﾙｰﾀAに何らかの仕組みを入れる必要があると考えており、
例えば、ﾙｰﾀAでｾｸﾞﾒﾝﾄYから「あるIP」の要求が来た場合のみ、ｾｸﾞﾒﾝﾄXへ転送する
といった仕組みがあれば使用したいと考えています。

当方の技術不足で、普通にNATを使っても、ﾙｰﾀの間でIPが変換されるだけで
希望する機能は使用できておりません。

何方様かご教示お願い致します。
