lb.service() worker failed 120000 エラーで〜〜す〜〜

こんにちは！！

システム開発中問題が発生して、皆さんに教えていただきたいと思います．

環境：Windows 2000 Server, IIS 5.0, J2SDK1.4.2_04, Tomcat4.1.18,
　　　コネクタ（IIS〜Tomcat）JK2

現象：・システム的には異常なし
　　　・イベントログのアプリケーションログに下記のエラーログが繰り返して起きる（Tomcatで操作（ボタンクリック）があるたび）

エラー内容

Error: [jk_worker_lb.c (402)]: lb.service() worker failed 120000 for ajp13:localhost:8009
Error: [jk_worker_lb.c (415)]: lb.service() unrecoverable error...

・インターネットでいろいろ調べてみたんですが…
　質問は多いけど答えは２つありましたが、上部のファイルには反映されてます．
　１．worker2.properties に[shm]を追加
　２．worker2.properties のloadbalancing, JNIを消す．

上のエラーログを出さない方法があれば教えていただきたいと思います．
