LDAP bind unsuccessful (Exchange2003)

まさと申します。
Exchange2003サーバーで障害を抱えています。下記障害の解決方法をご存知の方、ご教授ください。

Windows2003STDサーバー上でExchange2003を動かしています。
１つのドメインに2台のWindows2003STDが動いており同じドメインに存在しています。

障害は下記のエラーがEvent Viewerのapplicationからでて、Exchangeサーバーが応答しなくなります。（pingも通らなくなります）

エラーは下記の通りです。

その後関連して下記のエラーも出ていました。

というサイトは見つけましたが、DCの名前を変更するよう言っているのでこれをこのまま実行するにはかなり抵抗がありました。
