stop/resume K9NT?

when there are two or more number or NTP servers in LAN to synchronize the system clock, it's fun to see the clock in system tray drifting backward!
but seriously it does harm to the time-sensitive applications.

we have K9NT.exe service to listen the faulty time broadcasts.
although "Administrative Tools" --> "Services" GUI manages to stop/resume K9NT,
I am looking for a batch solution for this. any one?
