立ち上げるたびにチェックディスクが走る

最近、Windowsをあげる時にエラーが発生するようになりました。
Windowsをあげる時に、

Checking file system on C:
The type of the file system is FAT32.
One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency.
You May cancel the disk check,but it is strongly recommended that you continue.

Windows will now check the disk.
Volume Serial Number is B834-3966.
Windows is Verifying files and folders.....
○○percent completed.....

というメッセージが現れ、ディスクチェックが走ります。
このディスクチェックに25分くらいかかります。
その後普通にあがります。
このエラーを出た原因を調べているのですが分かりません。
エラーログを見てみると以下のように書いてありました。

イベントの種類: 情報

日付: 2003/02/05
時刻: 8:21:45
ユーザー: N/A

これを出さなくするにはどうしたらいいのでしょうか？
何か知っている方いらっしゃいましたら教えてください。

WindowsXPですか。

もしかして、Ｃドライブだけで１３２ＧＢ
で運用しています？
これって大丈夫？　＞他の人

前回のシャットダウンを正常に完了する。

gaogaoです。

正常終了しているにも関わらずautochkが続く場合には
以下の現象かもしれないですね。参考にしてみて下さい。
