教えて下さい！

タイトルが「Microsoft VisualC++ Debug Libraryで
メッセージ内容が
「Debug Error!

Program C:\WINNT\System32\dllhost.exe
DAMAGE before Nomal block (#-572662307) at 0×003A9BB0」

です。
もう一つがタイトルは一緒で
「Debug Assertion Failed!
